We may ask you for further information on orders being shipped to an address other than the billing address.

Money order
To accommodate customers who may not have access to a credit card, Barefeetshoes.com also accepts money orders. Click here to print out an order form. There is no guarantee that we will have the merchandise available when we receive your payment. However, you may place items on hold for 5 days while you mail your money order.

Simply call us toll free at 866-235-0091 with your Money Order Serial Number and ask a customer service representative to hold some items for you. We will ship your merchandise upon receipt of payment.

Back Orders:
We try to keep all items in stock but we are sometimes out of an item. If we expect to receive it within about 1 week, we will hold the order till then. If there will be an extended delay, we will notify you.
 

PLEASE ALLOW 3-11 Business Days to receive your Order.
Our goal is to send out your orders as quickly as possible.  However, some orders require additional time for processing in our warehouses.  Most orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days.  FedEx Ground  & FedEx Home Delivery shipping will then take an additional 1-6 business days, depending on location.  We are located in Philadelphia, PA, so customers farther from the North Eastern U.S. can expect longer shipping times.

Shipping:
All shipping costs are shown when you place your order.   We ship via Fed-Ex within the continental 48 states from our primary processing facility in Pennsylvania.

We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  If a P.O. box is entered as your address, your order will be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: If you give us an address that FedEx has to correct (such as an incorrect zip code), move or request that a package be shipped to another address, after we have shipped it, you will be charged an extra $6.00 FedEx charges us $6.00 for every address correction they make.


We can only ship to addresses that are the same as the billing address registered to the credit card used in the purchase.  This is a measure used to prevent credit card fraud.
