• Bare Feet Shoes is not responsible for the fit of the shoe/merchandise
• There will be a $7.50 shipping and handling charges for any returns.
• All Damaged items go to repair first. Broken heel is not considered as a defect
• When store credit is issued, it can be redeemed by calling Customer Service at 1866-235-0091
• Store credit cannot be redeemed at retail stores
• Barefeetshoes.com reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
• Please allow 7-15 Business days to receive and process your returns.

• All RETURNS and EXCHANGES must be mailed to the address listed above. Online merchandise cannot be accepted at retail locations

Promotions and Discounts:
Any Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined together in a single Order.

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/NOVUS (No Gift Cards Accepted). Some people are concerned about the safety of online credit card transactions, however all transactions are carried out over a secure connection, minimizing any risk to the customer.
 

Money order
To accommodate customers who may not have access to a credit card, Barefeetshoes.com also accepts money orders. Click here to print out an order form. There is no guarantee that we will have the merchandise available when we receive your payment. However, you may place items on hold for 5 days while you mail your money order.

Please don't send any money order if the merchandise is not available.
Simply call us toll free at 866-235-0091 with your Money Order Serial Number and ask a customer service representative to hold some items for you. We will ship your merchandise upon receipt of payment.

PLEASE ALLOW 3-11 Business Days to receive your Order.
Our goal is to ship your orders as quickly as possible.  However, some orders require additional time for processing in our warehouses.  For orders that are paid by e-check may take up to one week for verification before processing starts.

Shipping:
We charge $7.50 for shipping of one item. Shipping is FREE for when two or more items are ordered.   We ship via USPS within the continental 48 states from our primary processing facility in Pennsylvania.

PLEASE NOTE: If the shipped merchandise is returned back to us due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer or unclaimed package by customer then there will be a charge of $7.50 to reship it.


We can only ship to addresses that are the same as the billing address registered to the credit card used in the purchase.  This is a measure used to prevent credit card fraud.

Gift Certificate:
The Purchase of Gift Certificate will not avail of any discount. The Items purchased using a Gift Certificate if RETURNED will NOT get a CASH or a DEBIT Refund but will get a STORE CREDIT.
