I'm having
problems with my credit card while trying to shop on line,
why?
There could be several reasons for this. The most common
reason is that the billing address you entered for your
purchase does not match the billing address that is
displayed on your credit card monthly statement. If the two
addresses do not match, then your credit card will be denied
or your order will be cancelled in our processing phase.
Will I receive a
confirmation of my online order?
Certainly, you will receive an automatic online confirmation
but please make sure that you submit the correct email
address. If for a particular reason you donšt receive the
confirmation you can contact our online service customer at
866-235-0091 from M F 9:30 am - 5:00 p.m.
How can I verify the
status of my order and who can answer questions regarding my
order? If
you have any questions regarding your online order, call our
customer service at 866-235-0091 or e-mail us at
customerservice@barefeetshoes.com. Always have your order
reference number for quick and efficient service
How long does it take to
receive my online order?
Our online orders are shipped via UPS postal service and
take approximately 3 to 10 business days. In some cases,
orders received M- F before 4pm est. may be shipped the same
day
Is my personal
information kept private? How is it being used?
We use a secure server to ensure privacy for all information
entered. We are partnered with Cart32, a leader in online
shopping cart technology, and all private data is handled
through their secure servers.
Do all of your shoes come
in half sizes?
No, to verify if a
specific shoe is available in a half size, go to "shop on
line" and select the desired size and category. If the shoe
does not appear in the results box, then it is not
available.

I received my shoes but
they do not fit! Can I exchange them for a different size?
At the present time, we cannot offer exchanges for your
returned merchandise. We suggest that you follow the return
procedures for unwanted merchandise and simultaneously place
a new order for the replacement merchandise through
barefeetshoes.com. This will allow us to transact your
replacement request quickly and securely. Please be assured,
we will process your return immediately upon receipt,
crediting your account as necessary.
What
is Bare Feet Shoes return policy?
Online Return Policy
We do not offer credit card refund.
If you are not satisfied with your item
and need to return the shipment for website store credit or
exchange, please note the following:
The return must be made within 7 days of
receiving your order.
The shoes and the shoebox must be in original "new"
condition or the return will not be allowed.
Affix the enclosed shipping label to the outside of the
shipping carton to ensure we receive the return merchandise
and credit the proper account.
State reason for returning merchandise.
Only the cost of the shoes will be refunded to your account,
shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note:
- Worn merchandise is not eligible for
refund or exchange.
- You are responsible for the shipping
cost of the merchandise returned.
How
long does the return process take?
Please allow one to three days for website
store credit after we received your returned merchandise.
For exchanges, allow four to seven days depending on
inventory.
Will
you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. We can only ship to a street
address that is the same as the one you use for your credit
card. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. boxes at
all.
Can I place an order
online if I am outside the United States?
Yes. By using the International checkout option, you will be able to order from our store. This is
made possible by our partnership with iShop USA. For

I purchased a pair of
shoes online. Will I be able to return them or exchange them
at one of the Bare Feet Shoes retail stores?
No. All merchandise must be returned to the location of the
original purchase. barefeeetshoes.com will gladly accept
returns for products originally purchased at
barefeetshoes.com only. Please refer to our return policy.
Can I cancel an order
once it has been placed?
Orders can only be cancelled by barefeetshoes.com Customer
Service once it has been placed. You must call
1-866-235-0091 to see if the order can be cancelled. Please
be aware that Customer Service is available Monday to
Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. Keep in mind
that the longer you wait to cancel your order, the greater
the chance the order has passed through to the warehouse,
and your order will have to be shipped. You will then have
to return the merchandise for a refund.
